Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Celtic Precision.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment processing time may vary product to product, as a guide please see up to date shipping times in the header on the main web page or contact via telephone +447999CELTIC / email for confirmation or to discuss any queries or advice you may have on any matter.

If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We do not cover the costs of duties and taxes on our end.  This is the responsibility of the customer on their region.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All items are sent with a 6 point tracked and insured Royal Mail service.
